WHAT SHOULD THE ROAD MAP LOOK LIKE?

After the research of the product requested by our customer in the Turkish market is accepted by our company, a consultancy and confidentiality agreement is signed. The potential of our customer’s commercial records is examined. Consultancy price offer is sent to our customer.
In the meetings with the customer, the necessary information such as product details, name, technical information and quantity are determined. This information is transferred through our partner in Turkey in order to reach the appropriate suppliers. Our aim here is to offer the best conditions and prices to meet customer expectations. All details are discussed with the Turkish suppliers and the Customer’s requests are communicated and a price offer is made according to the delivery and payment methods of the Product in co-operation with the suppliers.

If the Customer requests a sample, the pricing of the sample and the costs for its transfer to Abidjan are coordinated between the Supplier and the Customer. Normally, the party requesting the sample is requested to cover the necessary costs.
After the offer for the products is accepted by the Customer, a Goods Delivery contract is signed between the Supplier and our company. In this contract, we ensure that all important aspects of the contract such as product specifications, pricing, delivery times, payment terms and warranty provisions are taken into account. In line with the request of our customer, the trade is realised and the delivery of the products to Abidjan is followed and all transactions for the delivery of the products to the customer are carried out by us.
In general, our focus is on accurately understanding the client’s needs, finding the best sources, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring efficient fulfilment of the order. Our goal is to streamline the import process and provide our clients with high quality products that meet their expectations and enhance their business success.

We arrange and follow up the shipping process of the purchased product

We ensure that the product is withdrawn from customs and delivered to your warehouse in Abidjan and import customs procedures.
